Follow-Up Calibration Sessions
Approximately 4-6 weeks post-workshop, we will conduct follow-up sessions to:

Reinforce Key Concepts – Review main points from the workshop and discuss real-life applications and challenges encountered.

Provide Additional Support – Address questions and offer additional strategies as managers apply their new skills.

Encourage Ongoing Learning – Identify needs for further development, either individually or in small group coaching sessions.
